A season is a measured window: hold at least the named tier at its start, at every weekly check, and at its end. Membership unlocks nothing today: no perk is planned or promised.
What a tier gets
Nothing is active. When an event uses tiers (an early drop, a members-only item, a vote weight) it is published with a dated note on the holder page before it starts, and the snapshot it uses is named. A tier is a fact about a balance, not an entitlement.
Project wallets (pool, treasury, vesting, distributors, allocation stand-ins), the project's own lab devices and other protocols' fee wallets are excluded from holder counts and listed in holders.json with the reason. The snapshot is written weekly by a read-only job; your own balance and tier are read live when you connect. CHERRY is a devnet build with no value.
